An intimate women’s Enneagram group that meets monthly on the San Mateo, California Coastside, with Roxanne Howe-Murphy, Ed.D.
The theme that continues to emerge as we enter the turning of the seasons centers around what it means to “be with yourself,” with the full experience of you! What is the impact of more fully Inhabitating Yourself? What if you didn’t leave yourself and honored your experience as the basis of your evolution and transformation?
There are so many ways in which we have become accustomed to taking leave of ourselves, it’s seems “natural.” In reality, every time you move away from your experience, you feel more isolated, separate, fragmented and out-of-touch with your soul.
This is the year of more consciously and intentionally engaging in “Coming Home to Yourself.” It matters.
In this 3-part series, Roxanne will provide direction for getting curious about your Inner Stories and exploring loving ways of releasing what no longer serves. There will be individual and shared inquiry.
